  • Facilitates the closing by communicating with lenders, title companies, appraisers, inspectors, closing attorneys and Seller’s agent
  • Reviews all pertinent closing documents
  • Attends closing with the Buyer

  • Ensures Buyer’s goals are accomplished and expectations are met
