- Educates the Buyer (explains the buying process, from the initial meeting
with the agent through the closing)
- Reviews with Buyer all pertinent forms, disclosures, documents and contracts
- Creates and presents a plan of action to help Buyer meet desired goals
- Consults with Buyer throughout buying process
- Informs Buyer of market conditions
- Identifies target properties
- Assists in the evaluation process
- Helps select the home that best meets Buyer’s criteria
- Advises Buyer on how to create an offer that clearly expresses the intent
- Thoroughly reviews all aspects of the offer with the Buyer
- Negotiates the offer, representing the Buyer’s interests with respect
to price and terms
- Facilitates the closing by communicating with lenders, title companies,
appraisers, inspectors, closing attorneys and Seller’s agent
- Reviews all pertinent closing documents
- Attends closing with the Buyer
- Ensures Buyer’s goals are accomplished and expectations are met
