Listening First.  Very few situations are the same; the buying strategy should be shaped around you!  Your current property selling, financing options, timeframe to purchase, family needs, job requirements or relocation, health issues and many other factors should be discussed along with the area, price and type of property. 
  2. Communicating with a Purpose.  Again, too simple right?  In the first meeting with me, we discuss your expectations.  Throughout the buying process, there can be numerous interactions with other real estate agents, mortgage lenders, insurance companies, title companies, closing attorneys, inspectors, repair contractors, home owners associations, zoning committees and various other parties.  I will work with you to ensure your expectations are met while we interact with many parties that you will rely upon for a successful closing.
  3. Power of Negotiation.  Analyzing the numbers to prove a point, factoring in repairs, using incentives given by other sellers and new construction are just some of the ways I aim to get you the best possible price on homes you are ready to purchase.
