  1. Pricing and Incentive strategy.  Many agents will go along with what all the other homes on the market are offering in price and incentives.  Congratulations, your house looks the same on paper as the other 100 in the MLS system in your price range and area.  The choice is ultimately yours, but I will show you how to make your property stand out on paper.  The strategy will differ by area, price range and your current situation.  My strategies get buyers to your home!
  2. Negotiations.  You can find agents that will slash their commissions and only cover their costs on selling your home.  Ask yourself this: if they can’t negotiate a reasonable commission for themselves, then how well do you think they will negotiate on your behalf?   These will be the first agents to ask you to drop your price; it will be all they know how to do.
  3. Quality of material.   It’s almost a rule, people play like they practice.  The materials that I provide you during the listing presentation is what you can expect when you use me to sell your home.  There is no substitute for quality.
