Julie Carpenter is the Leasing Manager for the company’s Property Management division.  Julie obtained her real estate license in 1996 and for many years, enjoyed a successful career in sales.  She is now using her extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and her understanding of the relocation process to provide exceptional service to transferees and local residents.  She also assists the property management clients with their acquisitions of additional investment properties. 

 

Julie’s educational background is in Interior Design and Commercial Art.  She is a native of Columbus, Ms., where her family has been in residential and commercial construction for over 50 years. 

 

Julie is a member of the Golden Triangle Association of Realtors, MAR and NAR.
