What can
property owners expect from Robinson Property Management?
Customer Service:
- Find quality tenants for your property (credit check and employment/income
verification)
- Perform all maintenance (high quality work for reasonable price)
- Collect rent and pay expenses related to the property (including
mortgage payments, insurance, etc.)
- Perform routine inspections of the property
- Provide owners with a 1099 tax form each year
- Offer reports on your property with respect to tenants, deposits,
expenses, etc
Monthly proceeds statement that includes:
- Rental income
- Monthly income and expense statements
- Receipts for any expenses incurred
- Any report specified or requested
