Relocation Services Overview
RRE offers customers the opportunity to outsource their relocation services at no cost to the customer or its employees. We work with each customer to minimize their Human Resource efforts by offering flexible solutions. Relocation services, provided to employees relocating across the country, include assisting the employee with buying property, selling property and renting unfurnished, as well as, furnished property.

A high level description of the services provided includes:
Services to the Employer:

bullet Offers a customized and flexible Relocation Program to meet customer’s specific needs
bullet Provides access to a nationwide network to help move employees quickly and efficiently 
bullet Removes responsibility and time consuming efforts from Human Resources with regards to relocation 
bullet Provides easily accessible tools and forms (customized web form and service information) 
bullet Provides summary evaluation reports to show employee satisfaction levels

Services to the Employee:
bullet Conducts a needs analysis for customer employee
bullet Provides information on the buying, selling or renting process
bullet Selects a real estate specialist who RRE believes is best qualified to address the specific needs of each employee
bullet Communicates with employee throughout the relocation process
bullet Conducts a follow-up survey to assist RRE with continuous improvement of customer service

Relocation Services Program Details

Employees desiring BUYER SERVICES:
This is an optional service offered to new hires, experienced hires, and transferees.
bullet A Relocation Specialist will conduct a phone interview with the employee to determine location, specific needs, lifestyle, financial capability and time frame
bullet There will be a consultation to explain/review the buying process, if needed
bullet RRE will select a real estate broker in the designated area, experienced in working with relocating employees and their families
bullet The chosen agent will be responsible for the following services:
bullet Provide information on designated area and local real estate market
bullet Introduce employee to specific properties that meet their needs
bullet Provide tour of area for spouse or significant other and viewing of potential properties to purchase
bullet Offer advice on location, market value of homes, assist in the evaluation process
bullet Assist with arranging for interviews with mortgage lenders and estimate costs associated with purchase
bullet Assist with all aspects of the buying process, from the offer to purchase through the closing
bullet RRE will communicate with the employee to make sure the service provided is meeting their expectations
bullet Each employee will receive a follow-up survey after closing to assist with continuous improvement of the process for all employees
 

Employees desiring RENTAL ASSISTANCE:
This is an optional service offered to new hires, experienced hires, and transferees.

bullet Information on the destination city will be provided
bullet Assistance will be provided by area property specialist who will analyze employee’s needs and determine the proper match with regards to available rental property
bullet A help-line is available for employees to call with issues/questions
bullet Each employee will receive a follow-up survey to evaluate the service provided in order to continuously improve the process for all employees
