  • Identifies similar properties that have recently sold and shows what buyers are willing to pay, establishing value
  • Provides Target Marketing
  • Identifies the most likely group of qualified buyers
  • Determines method of maximum, effective, exposure of the property

  • Determines buyer’s qualifications
  • Thoroughly reviews and explains all aspects of the Buyer’s offer
  • Assists Seller in formulating a response to Buyer’s offer with recommended changes, deletions or additional terms, if any
  • Negotiates the sales agreement, representing the Seller's interests with respect to price, terms and all major issues

  • Facilitates the closing by communicating with lenders, title companies, appraisers, inspectors, closing attorneys and Buyer's agents
  • Reviews all pertinent closing documents
  • Attends closing with Seller
